Cold stamping, taping and 
gluing

Both tasks of rubberising and coating can be performed with either hot or cold techniques. In the first case, for example hot, the methods used are moulding and taping.

    Moulding is recommended and carried out when the quantity that has been ordered is limited and a strong hold is required between rubber and metal. This procedure is then taken on and managed by the urgent deliveries department. The process is relatively short and is feasible within two days of taking charge of the order.


    Taping is a process which is ideal for mass production and is therefore interested in much larger quantities. In the latter case, traditional methods are applied when dealing with cold glue coating. 


    However, in both cases each part of the processing is carried out using state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.

Grinding and final finishing of the products

After the coating phase, grinding or turning are carried out for the customised finish, depending on the customer's requirements. Here are some examples:
