The investment involved the purchase of a compression press, type APC-V 450 TON with 4.0 technology, capable of creating a rubber-coated track - capable of ensuring lower pressure on the asphalt but at the same time superior traction that minimises damage to the asphalt itself - for which the corresponding design will be deposited.

100% of the energy used by Lineagomma comes from renewable sources: in this way our production has zero impact on the environment, with costs much lower than the average. The production line is also characterised by a greater attention to the products and to the quality of the rubber.

    The technicians carefully follow every part of the manufacturing process, in order to reduce waste as much as possible and maximise production yield. In this way costs are reduced, while the highest quality rubber and products that it is made with is always guaranteed.

Final analysis of the manufactured product

Lineagomma products are continuously tested, with the help of the most modern equipment and instruments, in order to guarantee they have been implemented uniformly. Various tests are done, registered for future uses of the product - cold, heat, greases and oils, wear and abrasion.

All processes for every item produced and for every following customer are calculated and tested, guaranteeing an excellent product which is able to respond effectively to every need.
