The investment involved the purchase of a compression press, type APC-V 450 TON with 4.0 technology, capable of creating a rubber-coated track - capable of ensuring lower pressure on the asphalt but at the same time superior traction that minimises damage to the asphalt itself - for which the corresponding design will be deposited.
The technicians carefully follow every part of the manufacturing process, in order to reduce waste as much as possible and maximise production yield. In this way costs are reduced, while the highest quality rubber and products that it is made with is always guaranteed.
Rigorous quality control tests are carried out during every step of the process on the rubber and on the handling processes.
